The Seven Network has today confirmed that Sally Pearson OAM is set to join the 7NEWS Gold Coast office to present the sport alongside Amanda Abate and Steve Titmus.
In exciting personal news, Sally also revealed that she and husband Kieran are adding to their family with a sibling, Ruby, due in August.
Over a golden career, Sally is undoubtedly one of Australia’s greatest Olympians and the fourth fastest hurdler in history.
She became the 10th Australian female athlete to win a gold medal at the London Olympics in 2012. Two years later, she was awarded the Order of Australia medal for her contribution to sport.
After an incredible 16-year athletic career, Sally announced her retirement from athletics in 2019 and has become an in-demand athletics coach and speaker. In 2020, Sally became a mother to her daughter Ruby.
