Disgraced former TV host Piers Morgan rocked out in a ruthless rant, blowing up Meghan Markle ‘two-faced’ after winning her legal battle against the Mail on Sunday.

Morgan took to Twitter to share a link to a Daily Mail story where he called the Duchess of Sussex “Princess Pinocchio b ****** t” after her victory.

Markle sued the Mail on Sunday over the publication of a “personal and private” letter she sent to her father Thomas Markle in 2018.

Publishers Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL) has appealed a decision to grant summary judgment, meaning the Duchess has not had to face a high-profile trial.

And today, the Court of Appeal judges ruled in Markle’s favor and dismissed the appeal despite ANL alleging new allegations threatened his credibility.

And it didn’t take long for Morgan to come after her latest attack on Markle while promoting her column for the Daily Mail on Twitter.

Morgan tweeted: “A reactive statement from Piers, the Count of Princess Pinocchio Bullsh * t exhibition, will be released shortly.”

The first tweet included a statement released by Meghan after her victory, accusing the newspaper of treating the matter as a “game without rules”.

She added: “This is a victory not only for me, but for anyone who has ever been afraid to stand up for what is right.”

Morgan disputed Markle’s statement that the affair was “beyond parody”.

Her last Daily Mail column read: “She can claim ‘victory’ whatever she loves after this court case, but all she’s really done is expose her true character to the world and to the harsh, two-sided reality at Meghan’s heart and Harry’s attitude to privacy. “

He added, “If I was her I would put the celebratory champagne back in the fridge today.

“Thanks to this court case, we have now seen what the real Meghan looks like, forked tongue and all.”

He then shared a link to the Daily Mail story with the caption: “Put away your jubilant champagne, Princess Pinocchio – the court of public opinion now knows that you are a devious forked-tongue manipulative job that only wants protect your privacy so you can sell it. “

Meghan first won the privacy case in February after posting excerpts from the handwritten note to her father.

The Duchess said the articles misused her private information, violated her copyright and violated data protection law.

Lord Justice Warby said the publication of the letter was “manifestly excessive and therefore illegal”.

The ANL is reportedly considering appealing the decision to the Supreme Court.
