Alizé Lim, 31, is still a professional tennis player but has also turned to television.
After injuries sidelined Lim three years ago, the Paris-born tennis player presented Tennis Channel International’s original show, Academy Life.
Her ongoing injury problems have allowed her to continue her career in the media – but this is the first time she will cover the Australian Open with Eurosport.
Three-time WTA champion Barbara Schet and former world No. 1 Mats Wilander currently presents Eurosport’s flagship tennis show.
Another former world number one, John McEnroe, joined Eurosport as a commentator in 2015.
Finally, Johanna Konta retired from professional tennis last month due to injury and has since joined the Eurosport squad.
