Actress and TV host Hariteja’s incredible transformation after pregnancy sets major fitness goals; said, “don’t forget to trust your body”


Bigg Boss Telugu Season 1 fame Hariteja is setting herself major fitness goals with her post-pregnancy transformation.

Sharing a glimpse of her intense workouts, the actress and TV host also left a motivational note for new moms who have given birth by Caesarean section. In the instructions,

Hariteja insisted on “taking the time” for the transformation of weight loss, trusting your own body under the proper guidance of doctors and coaches.

She wrote: “I trusted my body and took my doctor’s advice before starting my workouts. Thank goodness everything is going great from now on. I would suggest all moms of section C to do it very slowly under a suitable trainer.Remember to trust your body

In her recent Instagram post, Hariteja shared how confident she started to feel after starting her workout.

Hariteja and Deepak were blessed with Bhoomi on April 6th. She recently introduced her 3-month-old daughter, Bhoomi Deepak Rao, to the world through her social media account.

She shared adorable photos of Bhoomi on Instagram and wrote, “Meet Ms. Bhoomi Deepak Rao 🥰❤️ 🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿🧿 (sic)”
